Taco Bell — Restaurant in Plymouth

This is the first google review. Went through the drive through , the line was long I get it a busy Friday night.. 2 cars in front of me were sitting for 10 min , so when I got up to the speaker no one answered me for 5 min so I figured it was down. Went up to the window to order I overhear I’d assume it was the manger dressed in non uniform (hoodie over his head ) saying tell her 10 min wait to park and they’ll bring out my food. I’m a waitress I get it but when I try to order food simply because I thought the speaker was down don’t treat me like I have 5 heads .. anyways sat in my car for 5 min figured I’d just go inside since I saw 2 cars that were behind me in the drive thru drive off with there food . Waited inside for 5 min and then my order was ready after 3 people at that point getting their food before me. Where they make the food looked absolutely disgusting. And when I received my food the nacho fries looked like mush and the quesadilla was uncut sticking to the wrapper. Couldn’t eat it after seeing what inside looked like Once again I’m a waitress and I get food service and busy night. But a simple”I’m sorry we’re busy just give me a couple min to take your order “ or even acknowledging customers is what I would recommend to any of the workers in there.. it’s Taco Bell can’t imagine how any of those workers would be like at any other...

NO SAUCE AGAIN! 3/26. No effing sauce! Manager David took my order. I always ask for "a bunch of hot and milds" and let them do the count. Sorry, I am currently on steroids for breathing. Called to let them know. They said "No problem". What the hell is up with that? 8/25 update: Went today and my tacos were great, and... I got sauce! Update: Last visit food was NOT good. Shopping family called me later that day to ask if I would like Taco Bell. I said yes to a quesadilla. Three were purchased plus other food. Two thirds full. Disappointing DAVE! Chickenfoot.(Yes, I called Tony). When you are selling Mex, sauce is king. 4/26 Update: Ordered from new Cantina menu. It's pretty good! Got a beef taco by mistake. No chips...5/28 UPDATE: Ordered the Cantina burrito today, but got the quesadilla by mistake. 6/7 Update: NO SAUCE AGAIN! I called and was told to remind them at the window...6/18 Update: The wife went for me. I told her to be boisterous about sauce. NO SAUCE AGAIN! Called and was hung up on. Thanks, Dave and Anthony. 7/19 UPDATE: No sauce again. re asked at the window and got some. Got home and my tacos were wrong. 3/13/25 update: Good tacos(seem bigger?). Got sauce finally, but had to wait at the window because because they forgot it. Why does it seem so hard to just get the sauce...

Worst taco bell ever. The staff are rude, there is always a minimum 20 minute wait even when i was the only car in their parking lot at 9 at night. I chose on the app to pick up my food inside, i get there and the inside is closed so i have to go through the drive thru, not a big deal but a bit annoying that they didn't just have the app say this location doesn't allow you inside. I go thru the drive thru and nobody speaks when i get to the speaker and then they have the audacity to say that i should have just said the order name. Like no, I was waiting to make sure that there was somebody listening. Every time I've gone here the food looks like it got run over too. I mean im not expecting anything gormet but the staff clearly put in no effort. They didn't even give us the right items and left out the side for one of the boxes. They didn't even do anything so we could tell the burritos apart. When I was driving away i saw a group of teenagers come up to the building and the employee who brought out my food was standing in the door yelling across the parking lot to his friends.

Im definitely never going to this...
