I purchased a 2014 Superstroke Flatso1.1 grip from an online website. The grip is not released until April but I got it early. It looks completely different from the 2013 version. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods store Feb 11th, 2014 at 11:07 A.M to have someone put the grip on for me. I walked into the store with my putter and the new grip CLEARLY in my hand and walked over to the golf section of the store. I was approached by an older man who works in the golf section and told him that I needed my grip installed on my putter. He asked if I paid for the grip already and I told him how i purchased it online and I did not have the receipt. He told me to go up front in a pissed off tone of voice and wait up front for someone to help me. I walked up front and talked to a cashier named Brandon. I told him my situation and he was very nice to me and was honest to me and said that they probably thought I stole it. I told him how I bought it online and how it looks completely different from the 2013 version and if they were to compare it to any grip they have over there that they would see the difference. Once I paid for the re-grip the older gentleman came back over and took my putter and grip from me. He told me that he could not put the new grip on until he got the OK from Loss Prevention. He said that he had to make sure that I did not steal the grip. I told him that I did not steal the grip and if they looked at the grip I brought in that they would see that it is not like any grip they have in stock. Also if I were to steal the grip from the store why would I have them put it on for me? But he did not listen to me and walked away from me. I waited around for around 20 minutes. He then returned with my re-gripped my putter and handed it back to me. He did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything, I then proceeded to leave the store. I will NEVER have any of my clubs re-gripped from them ever again! And I recommend if you like to buy grips online because it is cheaper and then have someone install them for you DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Because they will treat you like a criminal. I wish I got his name so I would tell you not to go to him. I have called corporate and filed a complaint with them as well, I am so angry I will NEVER purchase any golf items from DICK'S Sporting Goods store if I see that man...

Storepick up for a certain kind of item say limited but shows available for pick up then when you click on it it's not available at the store you chose so stupid. Like white freshwater bait and then everyone that you pick not available after it says it is at the Plymouth Massachusetts store that has either an inventory issue or you says limited availability and then it's not available do you really think I'm going to drive up tp 100 miles for rubber worms Thanks for making me go somewhere else.
