I recently bought the new IPhone 13 Max Pro from the Plymouth Verizon Wireless store at Colony Place! I first want to thank Adam and the other two employees, Dustin and Frankie for greeting me and being so professional and kind! Adam was who helped me with getting an upgrade on my iPhone. He was so patient, kind, professional, and informative as well. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the new IPhone 13 Max Pro and all the amazing features and promotions you get with purchasing the new phone. I just want Verizon Wireless to know that you have amazing employees in this Plymouth store who truly care about the customers and spend quality time explaining everything you need to know about your new phone. Despite the fact that the website states any retail store can assist you with implementing a discount the staff member did not know what to do in order to assist us. To her credit she did call for advice, but only again told us to use the internet site; which we can’t scan our documents onto. However, when we informed her that we didn’t have the resources to use the suggested website (otherwise why would I have driven here in the first place). She was incredibly rude stating “As you can clearly see I am alone and don’t know how to do that”, then suggested we drive to a different store and someone there MIGHT know how.
Mind you during all of this there was only one other man in the store and he walked in several minutes after us. Also she stated all of this after I just watched her use the phone (So she knows how) to call and ask for assistance once. I guess calling twice would be too much work, Or calling to confirm another store could help us is far too difficult, but oh yes driving another 20 minutes after having already driven 40 minutes with a nine month old would be fine.
Maybe they do have excellent customer service here as other reviews state, as long as you didn’t serve our country, have an infant with you, or are trying to get the benefits this corporation so kindly offers to veterans and first responders for...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had in a Verizon Store. Got there at 7:30pm when they closed at 8 with my son to upgrade two phones. Originally they said no problem, Asked if they were able to give same deals as online, they said Verizon only show those deals online to get you into the store and that those deals where not valid. Guy then said that he wouldn't upgrade my sons phone because they close at 8 and he isn't waiting. My son went in the following day by himself and they pretended to give him a block but now we find out he was charged for it. They added insurance when I told then I didn't want insurance and they told my son that it was a requirement to have insurance - another lie. Bottom line - go to a Verizon corporate store. do not go here, If I could give this store a negative star rating, I would, they are not even worth one star. If there is one thing I hate is a lying sales person. Now I have to go thru the process of returning the phones, for a $100 re-stocking fee, which I will totally pay because I do not want to do business with this place, and go to a corporate store to get the correct offer that I am being offered online.
