I don’t tend to review a lot but I gotta say Nicole at Deja vu in point pleasant was exceptional. While visiting the area we walked in on a rainy afternoon and immediately were greeted with a friendly and welcoming attitude, Nicole was very helpful and found a sweater that fit well and kept my wife warm while we explored downtown . She let us know of some nearby stores we were interested in and actually lent an umbrella to my two children to keep them dry as we moved around . im definitely gonna have to pay that forward . I was at this shop recently and didn't feel welcomed by the staff. There was a sweater I liked that did not have a tag on it. When I asked about the price the clerk looked at me like I was a bother and spoke with another employee. I overheard them talking about making sure the tag wasn't laying on the floor. I felt like they were accusing me of taking the tag off. I immediately made it clear I looked around for the tag before asking for the price. The clerk seemed like I was a bother and acted like I was beneath her and didn't belong shopping there.

I love this little boutique. I personally consign all my luxury items here. After consigning other local spots, Deja Vu is the most transparent and easy to work with. After an Item sells, you get an email the next day of what it sold for and what your balance is. VERY organized. When it comes to luxury, they call you and tell you what they plan on selling it for before putting it up for display, giving you the opportunity to change your mind or find a middle ground.
