Claire's — Local services in Pooler

Stopped in to get a few things for my daughters Valentine's day present. Signage on three separate towers reported clearance $2. Except scarves, hats and redline items above $20. Picked out a few things then upon checking out a necklace was $5 instead of the $2. I questioned the item. She said it was on clearance ..I asked it was marked for $2. She reponded they could of been placed there by another customer. She said she would look. I finished checking out. She went to another part of the store and avoided me. Going over to investigate further there was a whole stack of them on several sections. She responded well the zodiac necklace aren't included. I read her the exclusions. Well they must of came from another store. Mam I don't work here and surely I didn't stick the item. You should have given it for the price advertised. She then started taking them off the shelf. The rolled her eyes at me yelling well if you want it for $2 fine. Claire's you can do better. Insure items are priced properly. And the customer should not have to edit your staff on pricing laws. We went to Claire's today to get my 6 month old daughter's ears pierced the employee there at the time was wonderful her name was sky and she was working all alone with a store full of people asking questions and wanting to check out while still trying to assist us with our piercing questions someone finally showed up to help her apparently someone was late and I asked her if she wanted us to wait and come back to get my little girl's ears pierced because I didn't want her to feel overwhelmed with stress but she assured me she was fine and that she was because my daughter's ears look perfect and we are very happy with them we also wanted to leave a good Review for Sky because she was amazing at holding the fort down today with no help she greeted everyone that walked through the door didn't make anyone wait in line and still managed to pierce a baby's ears without becoming frazzled and doing it all with a big smile and was very nice...

Had an absolutely exceptional experience when we visited the Claire's in the Tanger Outlet mall on October 9th. I was in with my six kids on a crowded Saturday. They got to spend of some of their "chore money." While they were looking around, the store Manager, Zipporah, mentioned their buy three get three sale on jewelry and hair accessories. It was exactly what my four daughters needed to spend their money and make sure they all got the jewelry set they were looking for. Each girl was able to get three different pieces of jewelry, which was at least one piece more than they were hopping for because of the sale. The rest of the team that day, Morgan and Hector, were patient as the kids put things back in the wrong place and asked a zillion questions about price.
