If I could rate 0/0 stars I would. The employees all had sour puss expressions and terrible attitudes (2-3pm on 5/27/24). They had 4 employees in the store today and every one of them was rude and unhelpful. I asked them if they still stocked the LiteRide sneakers in store. I asked the girl at the front who was clearly working the âgreeterâ position first. She stared at me and my brother blankly then turned around and walked past the 2 employees at the register and approached a young girl in the back of the retail area and asked our question. The young girl/manager looked confused and pointed at a LiteRide clog. I piped up and said that this was not the product and that what I was looking for had laces. Then she said, âwe donât sell what youâre looking for,â so I pulled them up on the Crocs website, where they are clearly still available and showed them to the employee/manager who then glanced at my phone for half a second and shrugged. She did not offer to order anything online and completely dismissed us at this point. Do not shop at this location. The management does not care and will not prioritize customer service. They donât even know what they sell on their own direct website. I needed another pair of shoes and, due to how I was treated, I walked right out of the store and across to Rack Room where I purchased shoes with...
Read moreThe Croc store at Tanger Pooler, GA is my favorite store! Store and Associates are always welcoming. On 9/10/22 we were all excited to do our âBack to Schoolâ Croc haul! I asked associate (black female w/mini afro) about the B2G2 Free. I had 4 pair; my daughter had 4 pair wanted clarification before we got to counter to buy. The first time I asked associate w/mini afro, she looked in my direction but did not answer. To be fair I was wearing my mask. I moved closer and asked again. Associate looked at me still did not answer. I then ask the other associate (black stout female in training) who started to explain B2G2 until associate (w/mini afro) whispered to her, they both laugh. Of course we put our Crocs down. While exiting the store, a (white) family of 4 were leaving. The woman said, they had the same problem! We were ALL confused! I am black, was wearing my PRIDE tshirt and mask. My daughter is black and was wearing her mask. We had nothing in common with this family except the man and woman were wearing their masks. Oh and the most obvious we ALL left the Croc store with no âBig Greenâ bags! Val...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience! My son and I originally went into this location because I thought I needed to exchange my slides. However, with Hannahâs help and expertise, I ended up keeping the size I had and spending more money! LolâŚShe helped me out tremendously by having such superb customer service! She was willing to go above and beyond with helping me determine the correct size that I would prefer in my slides. Not only that, she was also willing to help me find all of the jibitz that I was looking for. When I originally entered the store, there were not too many customers in there at the time but as time went on more customers arrived and more staff members were available to help their every need. The great service did not stop with Hannah, but everyone working on Dec.28th was so helpful throughout my entire visit. From my initial entry into the store, browsing the products available, and checking out! I will definitely go back to this location again in the near future! Thank you all for such a...
