Iād just like to take a minute and share an experience I had at the Pooler store. It was MLK day and my friend and I drove from Bluffton to treat ourselves. The staff was friendly but the computers were down. The line was very long but the manager and another girl were working seamlessly as a team, getting clothes off the hangers while one manually wrote up tickets. The girl in front of us stormed out so my friend and I were next in line. As we were being rung up (as quickly as the situation allowed) this woman came back in and in front of us said that the manager was rude, wanted her name and was obviously getting all the info to make a complaint. The manager didnāt skip a beat and was extremely pleasant and professional as she was giving her this information, as she had been to everyone I saw her interact with. The disgruntled customer was rude without cause and was a bully. I was very impressed with how the manager handled herself. This customer said the manager was rude to her last time as well and as I cannot speak to this...what I saw that day Iām not sure I buy that. Everyoneās experience is different, I appreciate that, but from my point of view this customer was becoming indignant with no cause. I just wanted to share a different side in case she did complain because I canāt imagine a better response from the manager and I hope she didnāt get in trouble based off one persons...

I called store not once but three times on different occasions to make sure they don't return back to stock since I couldn't get there timely since I live an hour away and go to Savannah when I have errands to do. They said don't worry they don't ever return online pickup orders back to stock and I can come whenever. So I picked up after 2 months and all was great. Second online store pickup purchase was different. They returned to stock after a month without calling me at all. So I'm going on a company trip and last minute decided I needed to get me a new bra since I'm leaving the next morning to catch a flight.
