Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Pooler

I was very disappointed with the employees at Kate Spade yesterday. None of the employees said anything to my daughter and I. I have never gone into a Kate Spade without someone speaking to me. One of the employee was standing at the register with her arms folded, one was just looking around like she had no clue and the other was helping a customer. I was there to purchases two purses for my daughters birthday (May & June) but I couldn't get any help so I went to MC and there is where I got the help I needed and came home with 2 purses. By the way, time you walked into there store it was Welcome, How can I help, and the told us about the deals that was going on. Something that KS didn't do.

I love my Kate Spade purse and was debated when the strap buckle broke. The manager and team at this store took care of me. They allowed me an exchange and with excellent customer service. I felt so welcomed and valued that I bought a new wallet and my friend bought a purse and wallet.
