Lane Bryant Outlet — Local services in Pooler

I have shopped at this same store many times and have been very satisfied. However, on the evening of April 19th, I was very disappointed. I found some bras and asked an associate nearby if I was seeing the correct price. She said "yes, all of those on that wall are $25 each or two for $40. I chose two and went to the register. While ringing them up, the cashier, looking puzzled, noticed that one was ringing up regular price and asked me where I got it from. I showed her. Then another associate, with an accent, told me that bra was not included in that sale and proceeded to walk towards where I got it from. I showed her the bras and she said she would not sell it to me at that price because someone put those in the wrong place. She tried to show me that it was not a cotton bra (when clearly it was) then she removed the entire row from the wall right in front of me. I walked back to the register and asked the cashier to please disregard my purchase because this was not my fault. And as a consumer, I should have been treated differently. She nodded her head with understanding and I left. There is a sale going on right now but I refuse to go back in the store with that person working there. That was POOR customer service. I had went into the store because on a different date I was sized incorrectly by a manager. I had ordered 4 bras and had three others that I had previously purchased but none of them had fit me correctly because like I said, I was sized incorrectly. Rachelle got me a dressing room and spent multiple hours helping me find the perfect fitting bra for my body. Then, I had sent my husband in the following day to exchange a few bras that I had previously purchased and she handled the entire situation seamlessly. If you need sized, ONLY trust Rachelle! She was an absolute pleasure. She did not give up on me or get frustrated even though I was frustrated by the situation of being incorrectly sized previously. I seriously cannot emphasize enough how much of a pleasure it was to be assisted...

Highly impressed by this place as of recent. I haven't been in Lane Bryant in a long time and was needing to grab a few pieces for an upcoming trip we took. Rest of the stores that I wanted to go into were not open until noon. Wow, still shocked by that on a weekday. But they were open and got my business. Associates were very nice and was offered help right away. Looked up pieces that I was interested in and offered to have them shipped to me if I wanted.
