I am not someone to leave bad reviews but I shop here all the time and love this store. I want to leave one about me, my boyfriend and our others friends experience tonight to hopefully keep this from happening again.
I work in retail and it can be frustrating closing and having people come in right at close however in my years of retail you wait on your customers in the store even if they walk in 1 minute before closing. We walked in at 6:50 pm not realizing the closing time but my boyfriend wanted a pair of on clouds he had previously tried on at the store. He knew the size and color and just wanted to get the shoes and go. We were met by a sweet older lady who went to check to see if she could help us but claimed she may not be able to due to them closing soon and “not being allowed to get overtime.” We explained we knew exactly what we wanted and did not want to try on shoes but understood that they were closing and would come back if needed. This is when the girl at the register proceeds to yell at us and 2 guys who had walked in who seemed to just be looking at clothes. She yelled in a very rude tone and manner that she can not help anyone wanting to purchase shoes and to leave and come back a different day. The way she went about yelling at customers is not okay especially when we had not been rude or provoked her in anyway. You are open until 7pm and should wait on customers until that time. It would not have taken 10 minutes to grab the shoe and ring it up. Not only did she lose the store money, she lost customers. My boyfriend refuses to go back and is taking his business elsewhere, solely because of her attitude, facial expression, demeanor, and tone in which she yelled directly at us when we simply were just waiting for an answer from...

My boyfriend and his friend were in their work clothes, and the employee would not stop following us around the store, and asking what we were looking for. I did not know why she was bothering us so much until she asked if we wanted her to take our bags and hold them at the front counter while we shop. We were looking at the full price items and she told us we should go look at the discounted items in another area of the store. I let this encounter go and exited the store. I had my 2 youngest with me and he was super sweet and got a ball for them to keep them from getting fussy as I’m trying on shoes. After I purchased 2 pairs 1 was on sale and I got to the car and realized the sale price did not ring up correct. I called and the store manager Andie was so kind. She knew I had my hands full and allowed me to do the refund over the phone. I could but these shoes anywhere but customer service like that will keep me a customer for life.
