Terrible ! I had high hopes for this gym but that was very crushed by over a month and a half since onforseen illness and injury from a car accident 5 days after I signed up for the gym I was hit and I called and asked for my membership to be put on hold ! Two weeks after asking for my membership to be placed on hold I then called back and asked for my membership to be canceled. I was told I had to write a letter asking for my personal training to be canceled. I did that call my local club. I did that it’s been over a month and a half since I followed all protocol. I was told that my membership will be canceled. I’m still receiving calls about me owing a bill and to update my payment. I’ve called multiple days multiple times for matt who is supposed to be the manager there left several messages and every day he’s in a meeting. Cannot have the courtesy nor the kindness to ever call back. I was in a car accident like I said After that maybe two weeks later I had an emergency surgery so I was unable to even use the gym I’ve never stepped foot in the gym other than the day that I’ve tore the gym and they are trying to charge me money for a gym that I’ve never used based on their policy. I submitted medical documentation and they’re supposed to waive that fee and I’m still receiving notification despite being told I’m canceled and I’m not happy so I wanna write about the gym at this .id rate them a -0 if I could, and I’m very disappointed that a manager or any type of manager could not call me back and I’ve called several days left several messages and I’m very disgusted And you need to cancel my membership as you stated that that’s not right ! In this gym only been open for a month and I’ve called prior to this Jim even opening to have it canceled and submitted documentation proving that I am on restriction. You need to cancel my membership as you stated you would. I’ve submitted everything that was supposed to be submitted and I’ve never stepped foot in that gym only for the tour so I don’t know why you’re trying to charge me a bill when I’ve never used your facility not one day not one second what not one minute not one hour so you can’t get not one dollar so cancel the membership. I’m not gonna be calling anymore. Stop sending me notifications it’s aggravating. I want to rest and I wanna be left alone...
Read moreSome of these reviews are surprising. The place looks awesome. It’s similar to the Garden’s location. (In fact, I think all the south Florida locations look similar) Maybe a couple local PSL murals would create a better vibe?
I went in today validate my membership and was met by Tatayana (hoped I spelled her name right) who registered me. It was super easy and simple.
The facility is beautiful. There is still work being done, but it’s definitely nice. They even have elevator access that they are still completing.
Josh was one of the team members who gave me a tour. He was super friendly and engaging. He showed me around each section and explained a little bit of everything.
I’m super stoked for this place. Im from Michigan, and this place gave me nostalgia of growing up with the YMCA in Michigan.
The saunas in the women’s bathroom is beautiful. They have locker rooms with separate bathrooms and showers. I assume it’s the same for the men’s head.
It’s a 24/7 gym, so perfect for us night shifters ❤️
The biggest excitement for me is the
*movie room with giant tv screen *Cryotherapy area/ massage chairs *Massage gun area *group classes (Zumba/pilates/cycling) *pool w/ showers, hot tub included *sauna (women and men specific)
Only critique I have would be the lack of cold plunge in the pool area like the Garden’s location. There’s...
Read moreHonest review: The experience didn’t hit the mark for me. A lot of gyms these days are trying to create a certain "vibe" with the design, but when it feels too sterile or warehouse-like, it can totally throw off the energy, especially if you’re used to something more dynamic or visually appealing like its #1 local competitor. The whole "black ceilings and dark equipment" trend seems like it’s trying to look sleek or edgy, but it can definitely make a space feel more claustrophobic or cold rather than energizing.
Not having certain offerings like cycling classes, red light therapy, or even things like tanning or cryo beds can really leave you wondering what makes this place different. If those are things you're expecting in a modern gym, it's a letdown to walk in and realize they’re missing. The layout didn’t make good use of the space either, which is deal breaker when you're trying to get a vibe for a new gym.
On top of all that, the referral program feels off, makes you hesitate even more about committing or referring anyone else.
Pros: Cinema and 24/7 business hours availability, however, not enough reason to leave another gym for this one.
I hope corporate executives can be receptive to this feedback and use it for quality improvement purposes, otherwise I don't think this gym will survive this...
