I worked with Sharrai here at Holly's Fine Flowers over email and over the phone while planning my June 2021 wedding in Port Townsend (I live across the state so was not able to visit in person during the planning process). It was an absolute delight to work with Sharrai. She was very attentive, professional, responsive, and super friendly throughout our communication process over several months. I had no clear idea about what I wanted but I shared some photos that had caught my eye and my budget and after talking together she created a masterpiece for my bridal bouquet as well as two matching pieces to hang on a wedding arbor used in the ceremony, the only real decoration points for my small, outdoor ceremony. I live in Mass and wanted flowers delivered to my sister in Seattle. I randomly picked this flowershop out of the list online. I'm so glad I did! Their website was easy to use and they called me on the phone to let me know that the flowers were out for delivery. I've never, in my many years of sending flowers, ever got a personal phone call like that. And then I got texted a pic of the actual flowers that were delivered! What?!? Amazing...
