Long story short: Amazing spot, will be back again and again!
Drinks: We tried several cocktails and martinis (all great), my personal favorite being the white chocolate raspberry martini. That alone would bring me back. I’m a bartender as well so I’d like to hope I know what constitutes a delicious drink 🍹😋.
Food: Food came out fast and was so freaking good. We ended up sharing a nacho plate which was a big portion as well as some shrimp tacos. The nachos were delicious, but the shrimp tacos were the star of the show for me with the cilantro sauce. Also, most importantly, they have good gluten free options!
Service: You seat yourself which I don’t mind, and we were quickly brought waters and attended to as soon as possible (we came on a Friday night so there was a good amount of people there). Our waiter was very kind, upbeat, and took great care of us. Food and drinks came out pretty quick, I also noticed that our server was behind the bar as well so extra props to him for juggling everything!
Kirk: His service was so impeccable we felt he deserved his own category. He made a point to be very welcoming as well as make sure we were being tended to and always had full waters. We got to chatting about being in the service industry, and being on that side of things I can really tell he has such a natural aptitude for creating and maintaining a welcoming and kind environment. He even gave us Siren’s glasses after we talked, which is so freaking cool! He also was very informative and let us know about all the upcoming events. Since I just moved to the area, this was a huge plus for me as I want to immerse myself into the community best I can. Kirk’s commitment to fostering that community did not go unnoticed!
Ambiance/Community: The ambiance was a friendly hidden-old-school-classy-gastropub (if any of that makes sense), it has fantastic views of the water and really neat art inside. I saw lots of different people and age groups there which is a good sign! They hold karaoke weekly, we got to sit in for that and the karaoke crowd was very pleasant. They have lots of live music coming up soon too which I’m really looking forward to.
Cons: I can’t think of any, the only thing that might constitute as a con is that you will likely spend a lot of money when you go, but given the food, service, and ambiance, I feel it’s fairly priced.
Conclusion: This is our new...
Read moreEdit to add: One year later and the service was still 5 star exceptional! I witnessed them being politely kind to a mute (questionably deaf as well?) homeless-seeming local man who just sort of wandered in and I doubt spent any money there. Plus, I witnessed the wait staff was also very kind towards a very socially eccentric (autistic-seeming) transwoman who was there all alone, giving her extra free bead necklaces in celebration of New Years, in addition to the hats and noise makers they gave everyone else. They even perfectly handled angry drunk patrons in the bar area, and somehow managed to stay on top of the bathroom situation during what is possibly the busiest holiday night of the year for any bar! True professionals in the food service hospitality business!!!!
I was disappointed that they have discontinued serving full pizzas (offering only appetizer-sized flatbreads now), but the food and drink served was still delicious alongside of their excellent customer service! I'm glad to see that they are continuing to provide an amazingly fun place to celebrate!

Last year's 5 star review & photos from last year:
I had planned on only eating at each chosen establishment only once during my 4 day first time trip to PT, in order to spread the love and culinary exploration around, but the fact that Sirens keeps its kitchen open late resulted in me eating there TWICE in those 4 days! No other nearby restaurant on Water St. seemed to be open so late during the off-season holiday weekend. Sirens saved my hungry belly from certain nocturnal doom!!! Huzzah! In fact, speaking of their wonderful business hours, Sirens was one of only 2 restaurants recommended to me by a friend before my trip and the other one turned out to not be open at all during the 4 days!!!
The main aspect highlighted to me in my friend's recommendation was the fun atmosphere at Sirens, and it definitely lived up to that promise! The quality of the food and drink was delicious as well, though! The pizza was HUGE! Enough for multiple meals! The gyro and chowder was perfect in every way. The servers for both meals were also incredibly on point! Flawless in their job! Lastly, I learned something new thanks to Sirens! I had no idea that knife throwing was considered a professional sport until I saw it being broadcast (ESPN) on the tv in the dining...
Read moreListen ima give a VERY HONEST review. Walking up two flights of stairs was ridiculous first of all. First impressions we thought the place was quirky and had a strange atmosphere but fun and unique. Second we expected to wait long and of course we did. Wasn’t hardly anyone in there on a Friday at 1pm but we waited and were very curious and excited to try their fried oysters because of the picture we saw online. When we finally got our food we had the chowder and the fried oysters and it was absolutely terrible. The oysters had no flavor the chowder had no flavor, the oysters was 5 pieces and three of them were just breading and no oysters like I’m serious very disappointed and upset. The other two were ok sizes still not very big at all. We never got the bread we ordered, the alcohol drinks didn’t have alcohol. And we had to eat it because we were starving because we didn’t eat all day and it was expensive what we ordered. The cup of chowder was exactly that precisely a cup. And a bowl of chowder was NOT a bowl they put it in a very flat bowl to make it seem like you’re getting a lot but it wasn’t. Now when we got the bill it was $71 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????!???!??!!! SERIOUSLY $71 dollars!!! For whattttttt???!!!!!!?!! We literally left hungry. NEVER AGAIN will I come back or even come to Port Townsend and I do NOT recommend anyone to even try this place because that was very disappointing. If the food was amazing then I wouldn’t feel bad about $71 dollars but we barely got anything and I’m still trying to figure out how that cost $71? Complete rip off. They are just selling you the atmosphere and them being on the water. Don’t pay attention to the reviews or the pictures because we were highly deceived. Not happy. If you want a real seafood experience go to Andy’s in snohomish county! you get two awesome chowder bread bowls very filling and hot, and delicious fried oysters big oysters and rootbeer on tap for two for $40 and the everything else on the menu...
