Augusta Center — Local services in Portage

The items were available, & the staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable & helpful as always!

The only thing wrong is that they don't have nearly enough scooters for handicapped people. This has been an issue with them since they got the scooters (2). This is why I try to get all my stuff from somewhere else. And that's a shame because it is a very nice store!

Also, I'm glad they require masks! This is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY during these times. However, if you're going to require them, at least turn the air up. It was so hot, & of course one cannot breath well during the heat, much less with a mask...

The shop is very clean! The things that I need are always in stock! The workers are very courteous and helpful as they can be! They go "above and beyond"! They take they're job there seriously! That is not a common thing anymore unfortunately! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for wonderful place for all of your hardware needs! I also love the rebates slips that you mail in! It is nice to turn all those slips into money! Money that you saved from shopping here! And the rebate slips are very accessible. They are in the front of the store as you leave!...

Not impressed with the service. I asked an emotes about where to find something and he barked at me for not having a mask on! I asked if I had to put on a mask to get my question answered and he rudely replied yes. He then sent a manager to find us and check to make sure we had masks on. The manager then told us that we needed to keep them on and would not be allowed to purchase anything without them! One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a store. Also, their prices were rather ridiculous. I will not plan to go...
