I brought my iphone in to repair the back (broken glass). I had made an appointment, stupidly signed some consent form, dropped it off, but when I went to pick it up 6 hours later I was told the damage was worse and they already sent it in to Apple for repairs. I was told I would get my phone back in a week at the latest. I don’t have a spare phone to use in the meantime but I can be patient. It’s been well over a week and I’m mostly upset by both Geek Squad and Best Buy’s complete lack of communication (no confirmation emails, update calls, etc.). There is no customer service. I’ve tried calling using my husbands phone (just brings you to some bs ai service or else someone who works offsite who can only look up order numbers), tried the auto chat online, I’ve tried looking up the service number to track my phone (hasn’t been updated since I dropped it off), and I’ve been into the store multiple times to speak to any employee of any kind both WITH AND WITHOUT their appointment system and no one can speak to me (I just get referred to make yet another appointment or else leave after waiting almost an hour with an appt). I just want to ask where my phone is/for an update. I already paid for repairs but I would honestly rather pay for a brand new phone from my cell service provider than continue dealing with either Geek Squad...

I've been trying to help my elderly dad with dish Network for approximately 3 months with no luck from the company Just take advantage of the elderly that's all they're doing So I finally had enough and got a hold of The geek squad @ Best buy Best thing I could have ✅ Chase and Matt come out to my dad's house They pulled everything and did exactly what my dad has been looking for For months Some elderly people cannot work the remote controls or figure out smart TVs These two young men knew exactly what my dad needed and wanted
I gave it a couple days before I posted a review My dad couldn't be more happier ✅ He loves the channels no hassles trying to find the buttons he's looking for on the remote Because every day I got calls from my dad that the TV was out again and I would have to travel to go help him fix it not complaining but that's not what he was paying for! And absolutely no help from that company

After two weeks they still hadnt worked on the laptop because the employee at the desk forgot to have me sign a form. Took them 2 weeks to call me. Held all of my data on my laptop hostage unless I purchased a storage device that broke after 3 months of use. At the two month mark, they called me and said all of my data has been backed up and we can send it back. I asked them if they fixed it and they said there was never a request to fix the laptop and they would have to file another report to fix the laptop. After another month, I get my laptop back covered in dust and dented with the same error message on the screen.
