barre3 — Local services in Portland

Barre3 is my favorite workout class I have been to! Their signature class is a perfect mix of weights, cardio, flexibility, and mindfulness. Additionally, modifications and listening to your body is weaved into every class so seamlessly I truly believe all are welcome.

I have to shoutout Claire A! Her energy is contagious and I look forward to working with her every week.

Love barre3 and the Pearl studio. Incredible full body workout. I was a runner and never liked group exercise classes until barre3! Everyone is great from the front staff to the play lounge caregivers to the instructors. I am always so glad I went even on the most stressful of days. I was in town for business with a colleague and we dropped into barre3 for a workout. The space was great, the front staff was super accommodating and friendly, and the instructor was incredibly informative and encouraging.
