I would like to tell anyone who will listen that Judy Arnell from Arnell Jewelers is beyond terrific. I have benefited from her considerable skills for more than 25 years; from the creation of the engagement ring for my beautiful wife until our most recent absolutely stunning 25th anniversary ring, as well as other items in between. On each occasion Judy attended to my ideas and customized works of art to match or exceed. My evolving budget has been taken into account. I have been, as has my wife, overjoyed with the craftsmanship, ridiculous quality and service. This applies equally now since she has moved to Portland, Oregon (I live near Chicago). Judith, as always, was a joy to work with in helping me with a complimentary necklace for my wife’s earrings. Not only did she still have the gems that matched the earrings, but she remembered the style I had previously expressed interest in. In order to have the necklace ready in time, she hand-made it with the usual expert craftsmanship. I’ve purchased several pieces from Judith, each uniquely wonderful. But this last one was what really blew me away. I decided to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring from Judith and it is just stunning.

She sat with me and helped me find a starting point design that spoke to me and reminded me of Hannah (my lady). Then customized the ring from there to make it a personal story. Walking into this i was so unsure and worried, but the result is incredible. The artistry on the ring is really incredible and she met me at a price that I can live with.
