I firmly believe she deserves recognition in the form of a raise and should be considered for a promotion due to her consistently exceptional performance. Dani meticulously managed every step of the process, demonstrating an impressive ability to anticipate and address any questions or concerns I had.

As for the sectional selection process, I must commend the staff at the NW 23rd showroom in Portland. They assisted my wife and me in devising a layout based on measurements we provided. We explored various materials and options, and what truly sets this company apart is their generous 60-day exchange policy, which allowed us to make adjustments according to our evolving needs. Despite an initial hiccup with the chosen material not quite matching our home lighting, Dani's attentiveness and the company's exchange policy enabled us to find a perfect solution. Notably, Dani even adjusted the showroom lighting to replicate our home environment, ensuring our satisfaction.

One of the reasons we decided to go with Lovesac is the flexibility offered by their individual pieces. This allows for ease of potential replacement of covers if there's a stain or damage from pets. Moreover, if our style changes over time, we have the option to rearrange, purchase individual cushions, or buy a whole new cover set without needing to replace the entire sectional. This flexibility makes it a great long-term investment, especially considering that sectionals are timeless pieces that never go out of style. We could even transform it into a couch and loveseat later on if desired.

Moving forward, I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions to the company. Firstly, I recommend exploring the possibility of integrating a recliner seamlessly into existing sectionals. While I love my couch, I do miss the comfort of a recliner. Additionally, offering a standalone wireless phone charging option, separate from the complete sound system, would be a welcome addition.

Had a terrific buying experience at this location. We got a better product explanation and we’re asked thoughtful questions that we wouldn’t have know for ask ourselves. We got the time we needed with fabric and store models to put together a sectional sofa that would work for us. It’s a lot of money to spend on a piece of furniture and I’m glad we were given the space to make the right decision for us.

The store is small but we were able to see many fabric options and test out all the cushions offered. The wood block model is genius and really helped us decide.

We got a quote to take home with everything we picked out and came back a couple of days later to take advantage of a big flash sale. I appreciate that the shipping process was explained so I know what to expect while I wait...

We have loved working with Taylor and Dani at the Lovesac store on NW 23rd, and have loved our Lovesac sactionals. We started with the indoor sactional in our new home; howver, once we moved in, we determined the color of our covers weren't quite the right hue and exchanging was so easy. We have loved our indoor sactional so much, we decided to take the plunge with their outdoor sactional. While we already had existing patio furniture, our Lovesac outdoor was so much more comfortable, we are now looking to sell our existing set to replace with additional Lovesac.
