Nia the Technique has been a major influence in my wellness: mind-body-spirit. Since 2001 when I stepped into my first Nia classes healing began and Nia has continued to influence my way of life and living. Nia is not just a fusion fitness. The principles in each Nia belt level is a guide influencing psychosocial, intrapersonal/ interpersonal along with the holistic components. I have been teaching Nia classes since 2007 to the present.
