During the pandemic, I wanted to have a special dinner for my son's 16th birthday and invited Skinny Chef Molly to create a special birthday celebration in my home. We are a foodie family so we appreciate Molly’s fusion of spices from the East with the local produce and meats. Wow we had an incredible experience with Molly! Our salon hired her for our holiday party recently, we were blown away. Molly came up with a perfect menu for 13 people so didn’t even have to think about. She sent us the menu to review well in advance so any tweaks could be made. We had some folks with important dietary restrictions, and those were easily accommodated. She had everything prepared to go the day of, and came over an hour early just to get it all set up.
