What an excellent car buying experience. We found a vehicle on Craigslist that really sparked our interest. The ad led us to West Coast Auto Group. We made an appointment to view the vehicle, and Mario had the SUV sitting in the showroom awaiting our arrival. We do not typically like traditional car lots or pushy salespeople. This experience was nothing like that. It was a very comfortable and laid back situation. We had given our information to Mario over the phone, and he had several banks lined up with their approval by the time we had arrived. The vehicle was very fairly priced, cleaned, and completely ready for its new owners. We test drove the vehicle and decided it was the right fit for our needs. We were surprised at Mario’s work, and spent very little time closing the deal and driving away, unlike the hours we’ve spent at other facilities trying to get the purchase accomplished. This was by far, our best experience, and we will look forward to dealing with West Coast Auto Group in the future. We both would highly recommend this company!! We drove 2 1/2 hours for this viewing, and couldn’t have been happier.

Shopping for a used car has always been a trying experience for my son and I. However, he found just the automobile at this dealership and he called to make an appointment to give this automobile a test drive. Of course, we were concerned to learn about the condition of this used automobile and if there would be an acceptable price and if it could meet the budget my son had in mind. From the moment we arrived, there was no pressure, insult to our privacy nor to the budget and price we could pay. If you’ve ever had one of those “is this really happening?” moments (the good kind)….

Well; after my car was sideswiped, while parked, ripping the rear axle out, it was declared a total loss.

Did I call daily and get the insurance payout up $3500?

Absolutely!

My (now) 2019 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid w/ 31,000 miles is sleek, wreaks of being new (really, it does.. from the engine to interior - NEW).

AND - just when I was thinking I needed pinched, Barry hands me a THREE YEAR all inclusive, paid subscription for LoJack on the car.

Let’s just say: the wheels “in my mind”raced, gears shifted, buckled in, and couldn’t be happier in this one owner - like new car that is averaging 52 mpg!
