BEWARE. INTERNAL THEFT. FRAUD. 0 STARS FOR THIS STORE. THEFT & FRAUD OCCURRED HERE AND TIFFANY & CO. DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. I TOOK A VERY SENTIMENTAL PIECE (NECKLACE) IN FOR REPAIR FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT. IT WAS MY LONG TIME PARTNERS SET, IT CAME FROM HER DEAD SISTERS ESTATE. IT HOLDS SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL VALUE, AS THIS WAS HER ONLY CONNECTION TO HER SISTER THAT HAS PASSED. IT WAS PART OF A CLASSIC TIFFANYS SET THAT WAS MY PARTNERS - WITH A MATCHING BRACELET, BOTH THE NECKLACE AND THE BRACELET WERE HEAVY 18K GOLD. WHAT WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME WAS A FRAUDULENT VERSION. THE BRACELET NOW WEIGHS MORE THAN THE NECKLACE, WHICH THE NECKLACE WAS ALWAYS MUCH HEAVIER. THE MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY MADE A HORRIFIC INSINUATION THAT I TOOK IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AFTER THE REPAIR AND HAD THE CHAIN SWAPPED OUT, AND WOULD THEN PRESENT THIS FAKE NECKLACE TO MY PARTNER FOR CHRISTMAS. A PIECE THAT SHE WORE NON STOP FOR THREE YEARS STRAIGHT, AND NEVER TOOK IT OFF. WHAT TIFFANYS REPLACED HER ORIGINAL NECKLACE WITH WAS A CHINTZY FAKE, SOMETHING THAT WAS A FRACTION OF THE WEIGHT , SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE BRACELET (AS THIS WAS A SET), AND NOT ONLY THAT WAS NO LONGER AUTHENTIC. DISGUSTED BY THE EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LACK OF INTEGRITY, THE LACK OF CONSIDERATION, THE LACK OF CARE, THE LACK OF DOING THE RIGHT THING WHICH IS TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL PIECE THAT I BROUGHT IN. IF YOU GO INTO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON WITH TREASURED JEWELRY, BEWARE. WEIGH YOUR GOLD, GET INSURANCE, TAKE PICTURES, VIDEOS, AND BETTER YET - DO NOT LET YOUR PIECE OUT OF SITE. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST HURTFUL EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A RETAIL SETTING AND THE FACT THAT THERE IS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO ONE CARES IS BEYOND DISTURBING. TIFFANYS HAS ICED US OUT, AND DISMISSED OUR PLEA FOR THE TRUTH IN THE FACT THAT THERE WAS INTERNAL THEFT HAPPENING IN THIS STORE. WE KNOW WE ARE NEVER GOING TO GET THIS NECKLACE BACK, BUT THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. SOMEBODY ELSE WILL SIT IN THIS SAME PLACE, ANOTHER WOMAN WILL FEEL THIS PAIN. WE URGE YOU TO CONSIDER AND HEAR OUR GRIEVANCES. WE HAVE REACHED OUT COUNTLESS TIMES TO HIGHER UPS, TO MANAGEMENT, TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ARE IGNORING OUR CRIES.    Read moreYou pay for quality and service with Tiffany & Co. Unfortunately, my experience at this store resulted in terrible service. We went to exchange an engagement ring (proposal happened on vacation in Portland), and asked them to ship the new size back to our home in Kentucky. We knew we had a vacation coming up with family (to celebrate the engagement) so we needed it in 5 days. I asked the attendant if she thought we should get rushed shipping, and she assured us that it would get there in time without it. After two days, I hadnât received a receipt, shipment notification, nothing. I reached back our and the operator at the store told me that they were not able to send receipts/tracking info via email post purchase. What? Finally the attendant who helped me in store call and apologized, got the ring rushed, and once again assured us it would be there before we left for our trip. It is now the morning of our trip, and the tracking info shows that the ring made it to Kentucky, but the shipping address was changed to Oregon where the ring is now headed. Our only goal of going into the store was to get a ring for our family vacation, and now that wonât happen.    Read moreMy husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas online. He had ordered it to be delivered to the store and would take me to pick it up. He received to confirmation that the order had been received and processed, but need to wait for the pick email once it was ready. However, he never got it after a week. This is where he tells what the surprise was since he wasnât getting anything. We called customer service and they told us to wait for the email. We waited 3 days more then I finally call to get information and was told they couldnât provide me any information, even though my husband did give them my name and I was going to pick it up. Then I decided to call the local store, where I was informed the order had been cancelled and there was a credit. No email was received informing my husband it had been cancelled and the representative when we called never told use. The lady that helped us was very helpful and didnât understand why it had been canceled. We order it again because now it has a meaning since itâs something my husband wanted to give me. I thought maybe it would get shipped out fast due to all the waiting, but I was wrong. It was shipped regularly delivery and now there is a delay. It will be 2 weeks now...
