Jim nailed it and they look amazing. 10 years later, Jim helped me select an amazing and unique tsavorite ring, necklace and earrings to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Our youngest daughter is getting married this October and once again, Jim and Roxane helped us select the perfect set to compliment my wife’s dress and celebrate 15 years together. I made the mistake of working long distance with another jeweler on a custom piece. I was sick when I received it in the mail and it wasn’t what I expected. I went to Artistry in Gold for the first time to see what I could do to fix the problem. Roxanne was so helpful and educated me on a few things to understand why things were done the way they were. I don't live in Poway but still travel down the hill to this place after recommendations from town folks where I'm at. We do have a jewelry repair but won't use them from past experience. I was nervous that they couldn't repair my item but they did an amazing job and for less than what the initial estimate was for. I needed to leave my 14 karat gold chain with them for some reason and I was nervous about that. They cleaned that also. Such a beautiful place. If you're addicted like I am to shiny pretty things you could go really wrong in there and spend too much money it's a beautiful beautiful store. Will most definitely use them again....
