I had an excellent experience at Mattress Warehouse in Hiriam. From start to finish everything was great. Mike and Jake helped my wife and I in store. We was only there to purchase a low profil box spring and that's exactly what we got. I love the fact that he didn't try talk us into buying something other than what we came for. We were also in and out and I love that. It only took 2 days for our box spring to be delivered and delivery was free. The delivery guys were also great very friendly and careful. The box spring had a tiny snag in it and the delivery guy called customer service for me before leaving and I was able to speak to customer service and they refunded me some of my money.
