Got in line to order and the line was sitting still for about 10 minutes. Decided to place an online order to pick up at the window since they aren’t allowing pick up from in the dining area. Once we finally made it through the line and up to the window, the person told us it would be an additional 8-10 minuets for one of the items we ordered. Why not? We’ve already been in line for about 20 minutes and it has already been paid for so there’s no going back.We pull up and wait in the designated area and watch multiple vehicles pull up and park then leave with food as the employees SLOWLY walk food to them one at a time. By this time, it has been a 40-50 minute trip and we are well past our projected pick up time. I decided to flag down the employee who had just given food to the last vehicle waiting other than us before she moseyed back into the restaurant and she says she will get the manager. I wait about 5 more minutes and finally just get out and wait by the door for the manager who is walking around the dining area on her phone and in no hurry at all to speak to a waiting customer. The employees had no sense of urgency. The manager offered us egg rolls for the “inconvenience” and stated that she “told the employees it would be 20-25 min” for our order which was never conveyed to me and then offered to replace our meal at a later date. I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, it’s necessary. I’m not a “Karen” either and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be upset that we waited over an hour for three items while watching other customers come and go. I don’t know what’s going on with this store, but there’s no motivation here so good luck if you decide to go to this location. Read moreThe only reason I even gave stars is because when they do have food to provide it is very amazing…. But they rarely do. Not to much to complain about it’s actually normal and understanding. The specific visit I had yesterday was actually pretty horrible. I placed an online order that should have been ready at 6:55pm per instructions after I ordered. I arrived at 7:05 and walked to the counter asking for my order and I was told several times I didn’t have an order there. After about 5 minutes my receipt was found on the ground…… once it was picked it it was just placed on the counter. I watched them make at least 20 platters before my ticket was even considered. It wasn’t until I said something they started my order. Once my order was given to me I went to the car and checked my food, both orders wrong. I take my food back and was told certain foods were replaced because they were unavailable (which was never mentioned when my food was handed to me) and that I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive the correct order while I just waited 20 minutes for an order that should have been ready 10 minutes before I arrived. After waiting I watched them make 4 more plates before mine……. After explaining my issue to the shift supervisor his response was “it’s going to take 15 minutes to make and I know that because I’m the one cooking it”……………………………………. Read moreWe were just in there ordering 5 meals to go & were told the Teriyaki chicken would be 6 mins. 20 mins went by, the chicken finally comes out and instead of making our plates, they continued to make new orders, even giving the family that came in after us their teriyaki chicken. That family ate and left while we were still standing there. All the workers just kept opening the containers and closing them, putting them down almost like there was no formal plan going on. How about the 5 containers that sat there empty for now 30 mins because when they finally tried to make ours up, they ran out of noodles. I know the girl said originally that she did not want to make up the orders of ours that they did have ready so they would not get cold but when that chicken came out they could have done so, we asked ''why?'' and the girl put her hands in the air and said "I'm done'' and walked off, so we left too. My husband and I both work retail, you do not run a successful business like that! The last time we were there we had to wait 10 mins for the chicken and someone there felt bad and gave us a free drink, I thought that was a nice thing to do, but this time was a terrible...
