Order a refrigerator off their website they brought it out on a Thursday and it had a big dent on the door. So they told us they could either take some of the last payment or they could send it back and bring out a new one on that following monday. That the truck would be there by 11am and we would be the first on the list. So i said that would be great that we really needed it. So monday came and by 1:30 i hadnt heard from them so i decided to call & see when they would be here that i had a few things i needed to do. Thats when they decided that they had to re do everthing on the order that none of the information that had already been okayed for the one they brought Thursday was okay now. I had to give new references and everything and with not living down here long the only ones i had was the ones that i had on it. So i guess if you order something and it has to be shipped back due to there fault they cant just return it and bring you a different one like they say they will. You better have a list of everybody in the city that you can use for a reference because they cant use the same people from the previous one even when you explaine to them you just moved down here from out of state and only know family that live here. Prattville is the only store i have ever had a problem with. I have rented from aarons in missouri hundreds of times and never had any problems with them till this store here in prattville. So now we dont have a fridge and out the $25 that you have to pay online to get started. Living on a limited income so now will have to wait till end of month to see if can get a fridge from some where eles. Thank you Aarons in Prattville, AL really love the way you all...

This pandemic has been really rough on alot of people and my family is no exception as my wife has been out of work for 7 months and she's a profesional barber. The kids are doing school from home and now a storm as really damaged our home. After getting behind on one payment I called to pay the month up even though we were coming up on the due date for the second month and was told that 100 wasn't enough and even offered to come pick up my refrigerator until I paid the other 100$ I owe...I couldnt belive my ears after already making 14 payments of over 100$ a month..not to mention the cold response and the lack of empathy they showed me told me that this is not a company that cares about customers only the money they are owed..and after I pay off the account it will most likely be the last business I do with them..this was my honest experience take it...

They harass you on your due date and continuously knock on your door like youâre trying to steal your own stuff. I could understand being 2 or 3 months past due but the day you owe ( day 1 ) itâs automatic harassment. The general manager is racist and very disrespectful! If you are a person of color I would suggest going somewhere else ! I will never đ again go to this location and I really wish I could speak to whoever owes this store , Iâve been in customer service for 12 years and I have never seen a company run like this⌠itâs very disturbing. Canât wait to pay my last payment...
