Before starting this review let me say that we are very satisfied clients of this Design Office.

My wife and I had our spacious home built in 1999 and at the time we were spend-thrift in choice of kitchen and our three bathrooms' furnishing. In the summer of 2013 we decided to upgrade the kitchen manufactured countertops to granite and the bath cultured marble countertops also to granite,.

We visited a local major tile company and looked at the variety of natural stone slab countertop choices. We knew that this not a DIY project and needs expert professional involvement. The sales personnel provided us with listing of local interior design offices and fabricators.

Using the obtained listing, online research resulted a promising Interior Design website, ADORN Interiors LLC. We contacted their office for an appointment and within days we met with Interior Designer Melanie and her assistant Mandy, a newly graduate of a well known university for Interior design, in the capacity of Internship.

The design team of ADORN and us have developed an excellent upgrade plan to satisfy our intent in choice and process to agree on the upgrade. We also opted to go beyond our original intent. This meant to refurbish the entry area and the dining area with 5 and 1/2 ft high wainscoting, up to date glass backsplash in Kitchen and M.Bath, Complementary color new wall painting in Kitchen, Dining are and all Baths. .

While the design phase by Melanie and assistant Mandy were as perfect as possible, the actual upgrade process were not any less laudable. The craftsmen whom are assigned by Melanie are top notch, doing excellent results, I could say, beyond expectation.

At the closing of the actual upgrade work phase, Melanie has spent time with us to stage affected location in the interior of the home. She even relocated some of the furnishings and decorative items herself, or advised us how to follow up to achieve the newly upgraded trend in our overall interior. (We are inspired, and already taking her advise in that direction.)

We recently moved into a home built in 1983. It is a beautiful little cottage but needed updating. Melanie was initially consulted to provide her advise for house colors. After trying to many samples on the wall, and my wall looking like some sort of funky camouflage, the painters were two days away and we still didn't know what colors we should use. I googled interior designers and, as luck would have it, got the best one we could have ever hoped to find! Melanie was there the next day and within five minutes chose the colors for all rooms. We went with her recommendations and they were just beautiful!

Following this, we knew that we needed new counters in kitchen and bathrooms, but were also finding that if more than one person was in the kitchen, they bumped into one another. So...another call to Melanie for an updated kitchen design. Melanie listened carefully to what we wanted from a functional standpoint and gave us a design that was not only practical and affordable, but elegant and updated. It would never have occurred to us to take the creative steps taken by Melanie.

The designs were done in a timely manner with quality workers and we could not be happier. The home went from 1983 to 2012 in no time.
