Bought a scooter rack from them online after the previous one that came with scooter broke. The new rack broke within 3 months in the exact same spot as the one before had. Scooter was carport-kept but I noticed it had begun to rust. Not only did the middle piece break at the bolt hole, but that caused the side bolt to actually break, and the 3rd and final bolt broke the piece of my scooter when it came out intact. Contacted Powersports Outlet via website return form with no reply. Called and left vm, then emailed and received reply from Matt Kellerman. Sent him pix of not only broken rack but damage done to bike as result of broken rack, and received no response. Called again and spoke to Matt. He referenced rust on the rack and blamed moisture in the air for the problem. He also accused me of putting too much weight in the case the rack supported, after I'd already explained there was nothing carried in it, just helmet and gloves while parked. Its a vehicle part. Vehicles are used outdoors. There's no reason a carport kept vehicle part should rust and break within 3 months, and the fact that 2 of them in a row did, and in the exact same spot, would prove to anyone except Matt Kellerman apparently, that its a faulty product. A refund and apology should've been given instead of the runaround, accusations, a hard time, and the importers...

I came in for a new chain and tire. I was totally ignored by one man and then given absolutely exceptional service by a much older man who used measurement calipers and a veritable library of parts catalogs to very, very precisely identify replacement chain and tire options according price. Here, I praise him alone. He gets 5 stars. The other younger man seemed to contempt me for not being a part of an openly murderous biker gang. The difference was stark. I don't know what is in his heart, but I do not trust him with my bike, and I'm not gonna leave it in his care. UPDATE: I was charged for a rim clean, and the rim appeared every bit as dirty as submitted as upon receipt. Zero discernable improvement in cleanliness, but without the garbage bag I brought it in with to protect my car interior. I'll upload pics when I have them. I've never felt so comtempted. I ordered from them and they placed the order and sent me the wrong piece. Talking to Matt he tells me it's the right part. Well after 20 people who looked at it even my 6 year old granddaughter said now way is it the right part. I ordered the left side flair and it fits but the back of it is open and doesn't cover like the old one and creates a draft straight to my rear wheel. Plus he's telling me that they have no record of my payment. First off they don't order parts until you pay for it.
