I’m devastated to say that my brand new, mint condition, never used pageant gown that I entrusted to this store for sale, is vastly damaged. I finally picked it up after 4 months of it going unsold, which is totally fine, but the damage I found is not. It’s a beautiful beaded gown, top to bottom. Several beads have fallen out, in the front and back. The collar seems to be pulling away and there were tons of loose strings I’ve cut off with scissors. To say I’m devastated is an understatement. I’ve been dragged into more antique and vintage shops in Prescott with my wife than I care to admit to, but I have to admit that Luxe 123 is one my new favorites! Great selection of vintage apparel and gone goods and about the nicest folks around working there. Lexi and Francesca were great and so thoughtful. My wife and I made a small purchase and I had forgotten the package on a park bench and a nice stranger saw the receipt and returned it to the store. Beautiful store, and I wanted to buy a few items. There were 3 gals talking to each other behind the counter when I walked in. No one greeted me. I walked around the store for at least 10 minutes, picked out a few items, and still no acknowledgment from the sales people. I put everything back, walked by the counter again, not even eye contact.
