Adam's Nest — Local services in Provincetown

While I really like the concept, I had a very poor experience with customer service. It felt unwelcoming, unfriendly, and quite dry - I wonder if this is the norm for all clients or only for some easily identifiable "groups" (IYKYK). Products are made to order and take very long to ship - I think it took me around two weeks or so to receive it. Also shipping uses non-conventional apps that you have to download - I feel like no one wants an extra app these days. While the products were fun, I didn't have a good experience at all... so I'll take my business...

This has to be my favorite shop in ptown. You come not only for fantastic art and clothing, but for a reminder of our community’s roots. The store owner has quite a lot to say, and it’s always a treat to listen. The clothes fit wonderfully, which says a lot because I find it very difficult to find flattering casual clothes that fit well. Many of the items also have charity donations built into the prices, so purchases go to great LGBT+ causes. While some of the clothes are on the pricy end of things, the quality, message, and artistic excellence are...

This is my second time purchasing shirts that get compliments everywhere I go, the cruder the better... If you're looking for creativity, statement, and edge then this is your place. Adam also seeks to give beyond his shirts w/donating proceeds to different projects making my purchase more meaningful. In addition, Adam responded quickly via email/text to open on an off day just to allow me to pick up a couple of shirts - great customer service!!! ...
