A MUST for any Ptown visitor or local - something for everyone. A unique shop that brings items like tires into new life like turning them into handbags, sparkplugs into garden dragon flies, and sail cloth into totes. I was blown away by the creativity of the items, while also appreciating the practicality. They have Messenger bags that have really amazing padding and are made entirely from recycled/upcycled goods! And the art is fabulous too! There are items here you wont find anywhere else - this is a MUST SEE (and buy something!) while in Ptown. Who needs another T-Shirt when you can get a custom made practical item like a jewelry bowl made of petrified and recycled paper, or a magnet made out of a computer motherboard, or a rug made out of real wine corks that have been treated and cut into art?! Truly one of a kind items here, all for an affordable price. Found something little for stocking stuffers, as well as large bday gifts here for family and a messenger bag for myself. Love this store. Take a break from the bars and the clothing sales and take a walk on the Repurposed side. Go in - and come out with a story, a gift (or in my case, a bag and a lot of gifts), and a feeling of doing some GOOD for the planet as you shop!

Great store has very unique things made from repurposed items. Great place to find gifts for the person whom has everything. Owner is honest and believes in the products he sells.

This may be my favorite shop in Ptown! I stopped in a couple of days ago because I needed a bag to take some gifts home in and I saw some bags hanging in their window. I honestly expected the place to be too overpriced for me to find anything, but everything in the store seemed truly reasonable! I spent over half an hour in there because every item in the store was so interesting and creative, and it was so great to see things being upcycled this way! A couple of families with preteen and teen kids were in there while I was, and all the kids seemed to be fascinated by the inventory - so I recommend it for families based on their comments. I ended up buying a backpack (which my college daughter instantly raved about when she saw it) made from recycled newspapers, and I got a zipper bag made from old bicycle tire inner tubes. OH - The ship also had the best music in any store I visited - the owner plays professionally-arranged mash-ups because a friend suggested that a shop dealing in recycled goods should be playing recycled music. I thought this was both quaint and brilliant! Anyway, GO TO THIS SHOP when in Ptown. Two things for the owner (who was a sweetheart, you could just tell): 1) I forgot the name of the mashup artist that was playing, if you could comment to remind me, please; and 2) I promised you a yelp review but apparently the store isn’t on yelp yet (though if you want to add it to yelp, I’d be happy to submit a review there, too). LOVED...

I have been following this shop before it had even officially opened in Ptown. My almost 97 year old Mom is from the generation where you never throw things away and find some kind of use for them. That is what this shop is all about. I knew what I wanted by checking the products online and when I got to the store as we always come to Ptown for carnival week they were even much nicer to see in person. The owner is so nice and you can tell he works so hard to make this place special for everyone. It brought me back to the simpler ways life used to be. I even took out my flip phone as I am still old school to show him a picture of a recycled blender turned into a light that I bought at a yard sale. You will not be disappointed...
