Provincetown Public Parking, LLC — Local services in Provincetown

The parking lot is managed by scammers and rude people. Never park here. They say it’s $3 per hour , charged us $15 for 4 hours 16 minutes(which is totally fine) but when we put our kids on car seat and got out, they charged us more $3 for those 10-15 minutes, ridiculous. The two ladies at the exit door are very rude and completely racist. They started shouting and talking like we are their slaves for just $3. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with those two ladies with short hair, because they are so bitter and obnoxious. I am sure there is a place in hell for those two women. God knows if they are even stealing from the owners. They should hire normal sane women who are in their right state of mind and not some frustrated old women who don’t know how to respect people of color/another race or have basic decency to know how to talk to fellow human...

Beware that the lot marked “Public Parking lot” on the side of the Provincetown Police department, across from cemetery, in area of Pilgrim Monument is not FREE PARKING. We did not see a pay to park sign at the entrance. We came back after about 2 hours and had a $35 violation ticket. We stopped a policeman driving out of the police department. The policeman advised us to go into the police Department building and talk to parking. City of Provincetown please add a SIGN at the parking entrance that is visible to travelers from other states. A parking violation ruins a travelers vacation and is time consuming to...

Scam artists. First, they overcharge you $2 if you pay by card (there is a note on their booth but the attendant does not mention it) Next, they lure you with promising EV charging, that their street-faced sign says. But guess what, they don't care if the charging spots are taken by non-electric cars and the attendant does not care. Today 3 or 4 charging spots were not available due to gas cars parked.
