I was at the store today buying some items. I noticed some sun glasses I wanted to buy. I needed to try them on but they are behind the glass because they are Ray-ban. So I waited in line to pay, they had quite of people coming in to the store. Once it was my turn. I said "can you show me the glasses" pointing to the case, the lady said "you have to wait till everyone else behind you pays for their stuff then I could help you". There was a long line behind me and they only had one cashier. I told her "that doesn't make sense" so she asked to the manager/supervisor who could have helped me who was close by but she said also said "you need to wait till everyone else pays for their stuff". At the end of it, I left everything I had except for the 1 urgent item and paid then left. Terrible service, makes no sense why the manager/supervisor could not have helped me. Plus shortly after I left the line they brought on 1 more cashier so it's not like didn't have more staff they had a ton of staff on the floor. Usually at any other Ross the manager is willing to help out or they grab another cashier or they help out. This is a new store. Hopefully this gets fixed but I won’t be returning anytime soon to this location...
