Pros: fast shipping, pretty items, responsive

Cons: exchanges and returns! Guys, keep tags and check all items immediately. Exchanges cost $20 in shipping! If they send you a defective item and you remove the tags even though it is right after you got the item they will not refund you or offer an exchange. I got a broken black nightgown, they were nice in responding but wouldn’t let me exchange and gave me a 20% refund for the broken nightgown without asking if that was acceptable. It’s not. Is that what Jesus would do? As you sell his likeness for thousands?

TDLR: you can have a great experience here but be very aware that they will not stand by products and you will be left in the dust wearing broken and itchy nightgowns.

I am a frequent shopper here. It is where I go to get all of my loved ones gifts. Why? The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in selecting exactly what I need. I was so tired of the run-of-the-mill present selections, even from so called "specialty" stores, for births, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and "just thinking about you". This is the BEST business EVER! They have an inventory that is carefully curated, with items that often can't be found any where else. I have come back time and time again. This year I ordered a nativity for a special birthday for my sister. There was a computer glitch that made the item unavailable. Carolyn, the owner, called me personally and told me she would make it right. The nativity I originally ordered was sold out, so she generously said she would select another and get it to the destination in time. She DID IT!
