I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and spent $100 on the worse job on a manicure & pedicure ever! The girl took almost 4 hours to complete the job and I didn't complain, because she and the lady at the desk were nice, but I would definitely not go back. She never used a pumus bar on my feet even though she took one out. Never filed or buffed my nails, she used regular, old chunky nail polish for my french tips (not gel), kept putting tons of thinner in it to make it spread "better". She put on a messy, clear, gel top that got onto my skin and burned me under the lamp. I asked if she could redo it because she didn't seal the tips of my nails and all she did was get the brush and swipe it across the tip a bit, which ended up leaving bumps at the top of my nails. There's so much more that I could complain about but the even worse part is they didn't even survive until my wedding (and I got them done the day before). The polish split from the gel tops, there are edges that ate sticking out because they were painted onto my skin, the french tips were bumpy. I hid my hands on my wedding day and never took ring pictures because of the horrible job. This was a job that could've been done better by a middle school girl. I do not recommend this place, and I wish I would have not spent so much money...

I received a haircut here over 6 months ago and I wasn't going to write a negative review but people need warned about the hairstylist whom cut my hair. she wasn't professional, was talking to co workers about other clients. I advised stylist I only wanted a one length haircut... no layers. I came in with hair past shoulders and left with a choppy layered, stacked super short in back haircut that to this day is still too short to wear in pony. She also cut sides 2 different lengths! Haircut took 10 minutes max, charged over 50 plus tip before realizing how jacked my hair looked. no styling, no washing and clearly untrained. as for the salon... it was extremely dirty, hair everywhere. when I sat down there was hair from ladt client! I know State Boards would love to shut this salon down just on...

Whitney is REALLY sweet. She was very gentle and didn't judge me for my condition. I'd really love to give 5 stars but I've had these acrylics for a little over a week and four of them have fallen off. There's no residue on my nail. During the appointment, it was said several times the glue sucked. The tips were falling off as they were filed. I'm really disappointed because the pedicure was divine but my nails look 3 weeks out, weren't painted up to the cuticle and keep falling off. Any other time I've had them done, they've lasted for 3-5 weeks. Again, Whitney's customer service was excellent, but I got this done to feel better since I'm suffering from Guillain-barre syndrome, and I feel awful my nails keep falling of. I have pictures but they won't allow me...
