Its 7/25/2022 ,now 18:07...I went into this store about 17:20....I walked to the store and paused even with the Counter to enjoy the AC breeze meanwhile the cashier( a older woman with bleached blonde hair) looked right at me, Me just getting off work, wearing my Hi-Viz yellow/silver/ blue uniform all 6'5" of me and said nothing to me.....as I continued west..I walked by a rowcase of knives, binoculars, rifles scopes..etc another clerk talked to a customer about saving another customer money,he too looked at me and he too said nothing to me..I turn left and headed to the Guns and ammo...thats why I came there to purchase a gun safe and some other odds and ins...I WALKED DOWN AND AROUND 4 or 5 rows..I waited at the end of the counter closest to the rifle register, where there were 3 sales clerks talking off and on to one customer..when that customer left..so did two of the clerks..they saw me, hovering near the safes..but no one said anything to me.....but another customer walked by me and before he got to the next isle......one of the fleeing clerks said hey sir do you need any help? ? ?...so leave the customer alone is not store policy??..I turned a watched that clerk go the other way as if he didn't see me 3 feet away from the other customer..I walked around for another 15 minutes or so..watching the clerks reassemble and blah blah, and greet another customer but still not one of them even looked at me with concern..I touched several items and read labels...and no one made any attempt to help me or even acknowledge I was there...so...after being in that store for at least a half a hour.I walked back the way I came..right past the shotgun and rifle counter..where 3 clerks helped one customer understand the guncase he was buying..At least the tall red head kid was assembling a shotgun..but the other 2 or was it 3🤔..said nothing to me..I walked back to the knives/dog collar and flashlight case and head for the exit..now the old man was...I dont know ,looking for something to do..maybe..I walked past him and he walked parallel to me behind his case..and he still said nothing to me. As I walked by the Cashier, I remembered the last time I came here was the same way..but then I hand to asked the guy to come help me..he always wears a ball cap and dark beard and hair..a roundish fellow..seem irritated then..and he pointed a told me where to look, I guess showing or actually helping was too much to ask then too.and no the Blonde lady did not speak to me leaving either...I wont be back and I recommend other PEOPLE..see if their being ignored the same way as I was...2 snuffs is enough for me...my money will spend just fine some where else.. then with...

I understand that given the current climate gun sales are at all time highs and as long as the stock is there they will sell, but this does not warrant lackluster performance and is not acceptable at any level.
I purchased a weapon over a month ago, after waiting in the infamous 2 hour line that they continue to be okay with. After waiting the 10 day minimum I began to call the store every 2-3 days to see if I had a "proceed." On a Friday morning, I called and was told that I received a proceed and could pick up anytime. So, I went to the store first thing Saturday, waited nearly 3 hours, only to find out that the employee must have been "mistaken", and I had not received a proceed and in fact would have to submit my application over again due to a change in the current system. In an effort to apologize the manager hands over two $10 off of $50 coupons. So, what he is telling me is that through the mistake of his employee he wants me to spend more money at his location, I'll pass.
I understand that mistakes happen, which is why this doesn't bother me, what does both me is that I had to waste 3 hours to find this out. When this could have been resolved through a phone call when they found out that the system had "changed" nearly 2 weeks prior. So, not only have I wasted the hours in the store, but am made to wait another 10-30 days for my rifle.

Read moreAbsolutely fed up with my purchase so far. I ordered a firearm online 07/11/21 delivery said it would arrive on the 19th ended up being 4 days late but not why my experience was unpleasant. When my item finally arrived i went into store i waited about a hour for my spot in line just to be told i have to cancel my order and wait for the money to be put back on the card. just so i can go in and pay using cash because it was my girlfriends card and not mine. problem is i don't have a card so how else would i be able to purchase online. Also when finalizing my purchase i read thought the terms and policy it said nothing about this so i called the store to ask and was also told i could do the transfer as long as the card holder was present. After this purchase is complete this will be the last time i ever shop at sportsmen warehouse. Also I've purchased other firearms online and shipped to my local gun shop with no problem using my girlfriends card.
Update. 08-02-21 So it's been 10 days I've waited and no money has been refunded to my account I called customer support and they told me the firearm was never canceled so now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the refund to actually occur. I called Sportsman Warehouse in Puyallup and talk to the firearm counter told them what happened and asked them if they could hold the firearm for an additional 10 days. he said he would ask his manager. His manager said he would be able to hold the firearm for another 10 days but then when I went to ask him if he knew which firearm or who was calling he hung up on me. The absolute worst customer service I've...
