I want to take a moment to echo all of the positive reviews for Quercus and Lauren Ramirez. My husband and I went to Lauren during the pandemic for our wedding rings. My husband had never worn a ring (this detail is important later). Background, he initially went to a well known jeweler in town and was turned off by the entire experience, and we have more class than to attempt to ruin their business with negative reviews. In complete contrast, Lauren curated an experience for us that was consultative, no pressure, and allowed us the space, time and moments to customize rings to be exactly what we wanted. Lauren went so far as to make models of rings in different sizes and widths for my husband to trial before he made a final decision. I also was able to try a model with my ring before it was set to make sure it was just right. The rings came out PERFECT FOR US. We have since dabbled in bigger box stores with manufactured products only to keep coming back to Lauren for her one of a kind work. I am really disappointed by anything negative people have posted here because I found Lauren to be ethical (down to the sourcing of her stones), realistic about setting expectations on price/budget (she will not show you anything not in line with budget and you are not only paying for quality stones, but her time and beautiful craftsmanship for a one of a kind piece), communication, timing, and acknowledging when it made sense to follow up. I liked my wedding ring so much, Lauren re-did my engagement ring setting to match. I have since purchased several things (including the diamond earrings that are truly for everyday wear).
