Don’t order from this place. You will get what they want to send you for less the price you pay. The customer service email given out is a joke, they will not respond. Due to my having to select at least one star I did. Here is my story, I placed an order and received the wrong product. I called the store responsible for shipping the product, the Greensboro store. After explaining my situation the person hung up in my face. I then called the Raleigh and Houston stores but they are not connected to each other and could not help me to a refund or get what I ordered. If I could GIVE 0 STARS, I would. Very disappointed on my experience with this store. My first experience was with their in-store raffle on yeezy V2 black. Staff was UNWELCOMING and RUDE in answering my questions.

I gave the store a second chance today and it was worst than my first experience. I WAITED 4 HOURS in line for in store release of Jordan one SBB. 30 mins before opening, more than 15 people cut the line. No staff or security guard outside to help regulate the line. It felt like this was all just a backdoor drop.

Never coming here again for sneaker releases. You have a better chance of winning online raffles when the store does not do anything about people...

First time shopping in downtown Raleigh after a friend mentioned this great little boutique on Parham. The ambiance of the store was very welcoming. All the employees gave me some variation of a greeting and each was attentive as I walked near them browsing the different brands of clothing. The range of brands was nice just wish the sizing range could sometimes be more. Checking out was a breeze, the eldest gentleman (I believe him to be the manager) is who checked me out and again he was quite pleasant, even walked me out the store and informed me of the next possible delivery of the brand we discussed.
