Wilmington Street Station Parking Deck — Local services in Raleigh

Very incensed by McLaurin Parking! We parked in Lot 34/Wilmington today for about 2 hours, but our parking ticket was deemed "unreadable" by the machine at the gate. We could not find help anywhere - no one on staff, no response when repeatedly pressing communication buttons on any of the gates, no signage explaining who to call or text if machine malfunctions. Calling McLaurin numbers we found on our smartphones only gave us place to leave voicemails (none of which of been replied to almost 3 hours later). Ultimately, we pressed "lost ticket" and paid $12 to get ourselves out of our hostage situation. McLaurin you should be ashamed of yourselves. I want the president of the company to call...
