Crumbl — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Little disappointed in crumbl especially since I live in rancho and love coming to get there cookies but wasn't able to purchase them since I was paying with a large bill! I was trying to buy a 4 pack but was told they don't accept big bills since they didn't have a pen to check it! Although theres no sign stating they don't accept certain bills over a certain amount! I had the money to pay for my cookies but was denied cause of the employees idioticy. It was embarrassing to have to leave empty handed even though I would've been able to pay for them. Really disappointed...

Very disappointed with this location I have been to many locations and I have never experienced such Not probably because hard cookies! I went back to complain and was told that the little cookies are sometimes hard because they are overcooked due to their size which doesn’t make any sense. Love how delicious the OG cookies are! I do scrape most of the frosting off though, it gets excessive at times. I look forward to the weekly new cookie offerings that they offer.
