Nope. Not having it. I know why this happened. This location cannot handle pressure. When it’s busy, they start missing the mark. They lose attention to the details. It was very busy when I arrived today. Blender jars stacked on top of each other. Employees scrambling around. Wait time to order was insanely high. I understand. I get it. It’s busy. Maybe short staffed. Maybe...maybe...maybe...I don’t care.
I’m more than happy to wait and watch what’s going on. But, this location needs more team meetings or something. I’ve visited many Jamba Juice locations and this specific location is by far the worst. Get it together.
I shouldn’t have to use my own blender to finish what you started. And the stacked blender jars was not a pretty sight. Go put them where they belong....out of sight....and/or start washing them ASAP.
Literally. I contemplated going back in and requesting that this get fixed, but I decided to finish blending myself, and write this review. This should be a learning lesson, in which I hope your eyes open. Prepare better for these moments. These moments are when the company makes the most money. I’m sure other customers feel the same way, yet keep their mouth shut.
I BET everyone working here is NOW going to make sure that they do it right the first time so they don’t have to go back and do it a second time. I’m sure y’all are NOW going to blend the heck out of each smoothie. I’m sure some are going to judge me and take offense. I don’t care. Do your job better. And no, I don’t want anything in return. I don’t want a free smoothie or a chance for you to reconcile with me. You lost a customer and I’m sure that hurts. Just don’t do it again to someone else, because that person might be passive aggressive. Busy moments are a time for you to shine. You failed in my eyes. For the public readers; I am not saying don’t go here, I’m just saying this place can do better as a team to create a more SMOOTHie experience.
Oh...and my cup was short of being topped...
Read moreThis is my 2nd time here but 1st time during the pandemic. The staff inside were all very nice and kind. There were stickers outside and inside on the floow to tell people where to stand. There's a 6 people capacity. My experience here was great. My order was good but it was a little water down. It's okay because it hits the crave. Beside the customer service I noticed a few things. There wasn't any hand sanitizer inside by counters and the staff was not changing gloves when they come outside to pass out drinks and go back in. The same glove that was used to open the door was the same glove that was used to make drinks and pass out the drinks. I feel like this is cross contamination. Wish this was better handle esp when the door handles/doors have finger prints everywhere. Seeing that makes me feel uncomfortable of how the procedure is...
Read moreI absolutely HATE this Jamba Juice!! This is the Jamba Juice closest to my job and every time I go there something goes wrong. First , my smoothie had chunks of frozen fruit in it as if they did not blend it well I also purchased a cup as a part of their promotion and they did not put my smoothie in my cup. The second time I bought another cup as a part of the promotion again they ran out of straws for my cup but did not tell me until I already bought the cup and did not discount me for the inconvenience. Today I went into the jamba and I am COMPLETELY DONE WITH THIS LOCATION AS I simply asked them to rinse my NEVER USED jamba cup before putting my smoothie in it and they simply refused although they did it for my USED jamba cup...
