The clothing is wonderful but it âs the customer service that is awful. They act like you are a bother when they are helping you out . They do not greet you when you come in. If you are a minority they ignore you. I have been there 3 times and thought it was my imagination that they ignore minorities but the three times I have been there they greet and help the person next to me and ignore me. I have to ask for help. They donât greet or say thank you for into the store when checking you out. I must say this is the store that is closest to me because many have shut down. I think The Loft needs to train their employees on better customer services . I also think a secret shopper on behalf of the Loft should go in an see how minorities are treated .    Read moreI stopped by today (11/8) because the display caught my eye â unfortunately, that was the only good thing about the visit. Around 7 PM there were three girls working, and not a single one bothered to greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. Instead, I got to overhear one of them bragging that she only works there to âpay for her drinks, trips, and nails.â If thatâs the kind of attitude this place hires or tolerates, it says a lot about their standards. Iâm not sure if any of them were managers, but someone clearly needs to teach them what customer service means.
