Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! We have purchased several custom sofas from MJ Customs over the years, including our first one 20 years ago, which we still have! Each of the sofas has worn well with no fabric issue or cushion breakdown (unlike big box brands). Our most recent purchase was delivered ahead of schedule and without issue. The delivery team was excellent - professional, considerate and spotless (including their truck). Rebecca, our design consultant was a delight to work with - knowledgeable, informative and kept us updated regularly. By the way - they really stand by the lifetime frame guarantee - the 20 year old sofa mentioned earlier developed a cracked arm, which MJ picked up, fixed and returned without issue! Cannot recommend MJ Custom...

I cannot say enough about MJ Furniture - from Mario the owner who is very hands on to the delivery guys who are extremely careful. The selection of fabrics and styles is extensive, the quality (made at their factory in LA) excellent and value exceptional. Finally, they are very serious about standing behind their warranty. I've been using and referring MJ Custom Furniture for years and highly recommend them. It's amazing how quickly they can turn around an order. Sofas, beds, chairs, you pick your style, size, configuration and fabric and in about 2 weeks or less you have a high quality, hand-made in the USA piece of furniture you designed. GREAT service...
