"Custom" suit experience was dreadful. Do yourself a favor and don't take the gamble because it was a huge pain in the ass to return. When the suit came in I had to get it altered so drastically that it just ended up looking all bunched up in the back and the sleeves were right up against the functional buttons with no space looking ridiculous. The slacks fit just ok enough to be passable. I was under the impression I was working with a professional so during the sloppy measurements and quick handling of things I just thought she must be good and knows what she's doing. I thought wrong, and honestly, I should know better by now so that's shame on me. Still very disappointing. Then, When I wanted to return it I got a lot an attitude from the manager like she personally sewed it herself. They don't care how it fits or if you're happy with it, they care about their pride and fragile ego. 2/10 suit, 3/10 customer service. Recipe for disaster and it shows in your business. I was way too nice. Don't make my mistake. Unfortunately you have to walk people through their own jobs to make sure you get service that's acceptable. My wife and I needed 2 suits for a business trip coming up quickly and looked online and we’re going to go to Macy’s and then check out other stores to compare. I was hungry and not looking forward to any of it. We walked into the Redding location on a Saturday and it was busy… I was defeated and stomach growling.

An employee named Mason quickly saw my signals that I was impatient, unenthusiastic to spend a lot of time waiting and politely asked how he could serve.

He was prompt, professional and very good at his trade. “You can’t beat a man at his trade.”

He quickly and informatively found me two suits to my liking and budget; along with three shirts, three ties, matching shoes and tailoring plans for all.

All in much less than an hour. I had a great time, left smiling and pleased with the tailoring times being perfect for our trip and an experience of great hospitality to share.

I don't know what kind of experience I was expecting, but it wasn't that. My mind is blown that Men's Warehouse is really as great as the commercials make them seem to be. I needed a suite for my buddies wedding, well if we're going to be honest wedding season hit hard so I needed it for a few occasions. As a real member of society I figured it's probably time to become a grown up and invest in a new suite anyway. Dress for success right? Right.

I was immediately welcomed the second I walked in the door. I was surprised by how attentive the guy helping me was. Not only did he pull out exactly the type of suites I was wanting, he also picked out his personal favorite (which I ended up going with). I was so surprised by how helpful everyone there was. The great deals on suites and alterations made me really happy - the customer service was icing on the cake. i was beyond pleased.
