Bad Apple Vntg — Local services in Reno

Firstly, the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to help. I was immediately greeted at the door and although there were a few other people already browsing, the staff made sure to check on me and made sure I had a pleasant experience. As someone who works customer service as well, I greatly appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Secondly, the pricing. They are on the more expensive side (I believe the Sanrio hoodies I saw were $100+), however from my understanding some of their clothes and art are locally sourced which explains the pricing. I wouldn’t say that their curated selection is low quality either in terms of material and production quality.

Lastly, I wanted to touch on the staff again. As a transgender person buying clothes can be an uncomfortable experience to say the least, but I did not have that experience in Bad Apple Vntg. The staff was incredibly respectful and did not misgender me once which is so rare! I will not forget my experience here.

Overall, my first experience at Bad Apple Vntg has been a positive one and I think this store is worth even just browsing, because their selection is just so cute! I’m sure I’ll be returning soon for...
