Me and my sister went with my kids this afternoon for the first time and we ordered to tiger bobas. When we received the order the employee placed the drinks down with tape that was stuck to each other. My sister went to grab one while she was holding my son. Since they were stuck together from the tape from the receipt, the second fell. The employee witnessed the whole thing. My sister than went to pick up the broken drink and look for trash can. We were then told by the customers that were in line behind us she was going to make a new one. (Would make sense right?). Well she ended up not making a new one. So my sister then re entered the line and bought a new one. When I she recieved the new drink it wasn’t even properly sealed making it impossible to shake like it’s supposed to be. I re approached the ordering window & asked the employee what her name was. She said Ayesha (excuse me if it’s incorrect). I asked why was my sister re-charged for the remake due it falling… her response was that she wasn’t responsible for the drinks after she puts them down. But she taped them together with the order receipt. So I asked for the owners name and she refused to give it to me, so I wrote this instead so the owner could see. I don’t know if she gave me a fake name but your employee was rude and gave terrible customer service. We went on Monday the 20th of February at 12:20 in the afternoon. Read moreLast weekend I was here and there is only 1 person working it’s the weekend why don’t you staff more people?? There was a large group prior to me but my friend and I were standing there for about half an hour without being acknowledged. The staff didn’t even say I’ll be right with you.. just ignored us. Absolutely bad service. We left and went to the Meadowood location instead but all of the BTS location are same prices very expensive for a Tiger it’s $9!! The staff overcharged me 0.75 for boba but the drink already comes with boba so it turned into $9 drink..it states it on your sign too that includes boba… anyways the drink was WAY to sweet I’ve had tiger before it’s never that sweet. Then my friend got Halo Halo it was $9!! It was ok it’s better at Num Num you can go further down the street to Num Num boba or RareTea for less than that. Ridiculous prices and bad service. Today we arrive and two people are in line so we hop in line and as soon as he finishes making drinks for the first person he turns to the lady in front of us and says sorry were closed.The lady mentions that they’re hours say they’re open until 7 and he acknowledged that and proceeds to say he has a big mess to clean up so they’re closed. It’s not enough that he decided to close half an hour early because he could but the fact that he completely ignored us and let us stand there while he helped the first woman in line without saying anything and then talked to us in the most condescending baby tone because he didn’t feel like staying past 7 was it.
