Building has a weird smell of desperation combined with a smattering of hopelessness. Or, it could be the Old Spice factory located next door.

The best offices are located on the ground floor near the loading dock. Cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Super comfortable.

Also, I heard this building was built over a cemetery that was moved during the early 1900s. From what I saw when I watched the movie Poltergeist back in the 1980s, this place has to...
