First time there, place my order and paid with cash, when I left I noticed on the receipt I was charged a credit card fee. The second time there, placed my order letting her know I’ll be paying with cash and the last time I was charged a credit card fee. The attendant said she didn’t know anything about a credit card fee. So she rang up my order and noticed there’s a credit card fee, then said we don’t normally take cash. I stopped in today and was delighted by the sweetest worker, Nyah. She mentioned it was her first solo shift, and I have to say, she did absolutely amazing. She greeted every customer with so much patience, grace, and kindness, and handled each interaction with confidence and care. I also really appreciated how attentive she was to my dietary restrictions she listened, double-checked everything, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Came into facility at 7:02 walked up to the Emerald City Smoothie inside LA Fitness. No one around. Signed said they are closed but hours on sign said they open at 7am. I waited around a little longer. Someone finally came out and said “sorry it will be a late opening probably another 15 to 20 minutes”.

If your not going to actually be open and ready for customers when your supposed to, then please change your opening hours online.
