THIS IS A ONE STAR REVIEW not 5 star, however 3400 Cityline and Zeller (prop. owner) both pay to have negative reviews hidden on google so they can keep their "5 star" rating... Questionable and shady business practices for sure, to not allow honest reviews from their occupants...
UNSAFE WORK LOCATION! UNSAFE PARKING GARAGE! SECURITY DOES NOT ACTUALLY SECURE THE PREMISES. NO CAMERAS AT EXITS. No accountability from the property management Zeller, stay away!
UPDATE 4/12/23: Another car break in inside their secured parking garage. Sure hope they will review the footage
UPDATE 2/16/23: Was told from Zeller that it is not the job of security to review the footage of my car being stolen.
UPDATE 2/9/23: I have been asked by the property manager of the building to “kindly remove” this review In exchange for the footage that they were able to discover on my vehicle. However they are 5 days too late. I will be encouraging the other tenants I know of that have had their vehicles broken into/vandalized while in the security monitored parking garage to also make public their experience with Zeller’s property manager here.

My car was stolen from the parking garage here on 1/27/23. Let me repeat. My car was stolen. FROM THE GARAGE. There is NO security in the parking garage or cameras that show the exits of the garage. I would use caution when on premises as there is no accountability from the management staff if your car is vandalized/stolen. They are also making no efforts to enhance security for their tenants who routinely get their cars vandalized
You'd think that a company would review the four cameras they actually do have (none in the garage or pointing at the exits) when someones car is stolen, however here we are 10 days later and they still have not reviewed the footage.
