I really wanted to love the food here. Service was great. Thai Iced Tea was really good. Banh Mi was way too sweet, the vegetables didn't taste pickled at all. Chicken satay was flavorless and very dry. I bought 2 Banh Mis, 2 orders of Chicken satay, and 1 Thai Iced Tea.....$65. My husband threw out his Banh MI after one bite. I threw out my Chicken Satay after half a skewer. I know this place has really good reviews and I really wanted to love it but we didn't care...

I've eaten banh mi sandwich all over the world and these were not very great. They were okay if you've never had other banh mi but I will not be back. They were missing key elements like mayonnaise and liver paté.

We had the combo sandwiches with pork and chicken. They were kind of dry. The meat was over marinated like it had been soaked in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for days and then simmer slow cooked which caused the meat to taste...

The place was honestly disappointing. My partner and I love pho and we chose the beef pho. The bowl we received looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The beef meat we received was thick and overcooked. The noodles were mushy and the broth did not taste like a pho would. It did not feel fresh.
